Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms & Texas Scope

By accessing or using getinsuredquick.com (the "Site"), operated by Get Insured Quick ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Our Site is intended exclusively for residents and commercial vehicle operators domiciled in the State of Texas seeking Personal Auto Insurance, Commercial Auto Insurance, or Texas SR-22 financial responsibility certificates.

2. Nature of Our Service (Not an Insurance Underwriter)

Get Insured Quick is an independent digital insurance comparison marketplace and lead referral platform, not an insurance carrier. We do not underwrite insurance contracts, bind coverage directly on this website without licensed carrier authorization, or adjudicate claims. All insurance coverage, deductibles, discounts, SR-22 filings, and TxDMV/USDOT filings are subject to the formal underwriting guidelines of the participating licensed Texas insurance carrier you select.

3. Rate Estimates & Texas Minimum Liability Disclosures

Interactive rate figures displayed on the Site—including our Texas Rate Estimator and sample county comparisons—are illustrative mathematical estimates based on aggregated Texas public rate filings. Under the Texas Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act (Tex. Transp. Code Ch. 601), personal auto liability policies issued in Texas must provide at least 30/60/25 coverage ($30,000 bodily injury per person, $60,000 bodily injury per accident, $25,000 property damage).

4. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) & SMS Consent

When you submit your telephone number through our quote wizard and click the final submission button, you provide your express written signature consenting to receive marketing and informational calls and SMS/MMS text messages from Get Insured Quick and up to four (4) matched Texas auto insurance partners at the number provided, including via automated telephone dialing systems or pre-recorded messages, even if your number is registered on a Texas or Federal Do-Not-Call list. 5. Accuracy of User-Submitted Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate information regarding your Texas garaging ZIP code, vehicle usage (personal commute vs. commercial business use), and driving record. Submitting false or fraudulent motor vehicle underwriting information is prohibited under Texas Insurance Code Chapter 704.

6. Governing Law, Venue & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
